| We at Foundation Ministries believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God. We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is diety, the Son of God, that He became a man and was born of the Virgin Mary. Jesus lived a perfect life. He was crucified, died and defeated the power of the devil. Jesus’ blood was shed for the remission of the sins of all humanity. We believe God the Father raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand above every name that is named not only in this world but also in the one to come. We believe you must receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior to be saved. We believe the church is the Body of Christ and God has by faith resurrected the church up and seated us in heavenly places in Christ Jesus. Scripture references: 2 Tim 3:16, 1 John 5:6-8, 1 Cor. 15:1-58, Eph. 1:1-2:10, 1 John 1:7 We believe that the full consummation of the Baptism of believers in the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance, and by the subsequent manifestation of the supernatural power of God in the believer's life. Scripture references: Acts 2:4, Acts 10:44-46, Acts 19:2, Acts 19:6, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:42-43, and Matthew 3:11 Jesus will soon appear a second time and take His church to heaven to be with Him. The only requirement for membership in the Body of Christ is that we be born again. As born again believers we will manifest fruit in keeping with our repentance. God's desire is that every person in the world receive Jesus Christ as their savior. Scripture References: John 3:7, Matt 3:8, 1 Thess 4:1-18 Just prior to Jesus' return, God is going to pour out His Spirit on all flesh in a manner that has never happened before. During this time of harvesting the earth, a mighty revival and renewal will take place. At Foundation Christian Center we focus our attention on God's endtime harvest of souls. Our vision is to reach the world for Jesus Christ and we feel we can do that best by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Scripture references: Hosea 6:11, Acts 2:17 We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; that those which are saved to the resurrection of life and those that are lost to a resurrection of damnation. Scripture references: John 5:24, 28-29 Our worship and teaching are to glorify God and to minister to the whole person; spirit, soul and body.
